Chelsea Zastrow, APRN-CNP, is a dedicated nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine. Chelsea received her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University and earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Drexel University. Chelsea focuses on health promotion and disease prevention as well as management of episodic acute chronic illnesses. While not caring for patients, she enjoys cooking, biking, and spending time outdoors with family.

A certified nurse practitioner is a licensed provider that has completed a master's or doctoral degree program and has advanced clinical training. They work in collaboration with physicians to diagnose and treat health conditions. Like physicians, they can make referrals, provide physical exams, order and interpret tests, and prescribe medications.
