PHILOSOPHY OF CARE
“Being a Christian drives how I care for individual patients. I strive to provide the best medical care with the same character traits that Jesus demonstrated with His interaction with people. Love, compassion, patience and selflessness. I value every person's role in my patients' care including family and other medical staff. I seek to respond to all reasonable requests as I educate my patients on healthy choices to enhance their empowerment in their own care. Especially in my patients of advanced age, it is my goal to always consider quality of life so that my care can strengthen their living rather than existing." -Jason Schofield, PA-C

What is a Physician Assistant?
A Physician Assistant is a licensed provider that has completed a master's or doctoral degree program and has advanced clinical training. They collaborate with physicians to diagnose and treat health conditions. Like physicians, they make referrals, provide physical exams, order and interpret tests, and prescribe medications.
